Partner, Creative Director
Jerrod loves telling a good story, whether it’s true or not. He’s got a metaphor or a movie quote for nearly any situation. Starting as a sports intern at the local CBS affiliate (year not important), he still loves seeing our clients creative “in the wild”. You can count on Jerrod to help tell your story.
President & Founder
When Mike started his career in Cable TV sales, the whole company could fit in one car. He packed his bags in the middle of the cable heyday with a vision to chart his own course. 30+ years later, he’s played a part in the growth and success of many local and regional businesses. We’re proud of that. He counts his clients as friends and is humble as the day is long. Oh, and he lives on a boat with his wife.
Partner, Client Strategy & Growth
Todd’s charted a 30-year career in marketing and advertising with leadership roles in local and national media. Always an advocate and focused on the outcome—he enjoys listening closely and taking the necessary steps to make sure there’s something to celebrate. Todd lives near the Salish Sea with his wife, two kids and their albino Labrador retriever.
Senior Strategist
Taylor plays a pivotal role in planning and implementing processes to keep the Apex Media machine running. We often find her wearing multiple hats around the office: account manager, campaign strategist, vacation planner and most recently, mom. Taylor is often the pragmatic voice at our conference table – always keeping the client’s best interest at the forefront.
Senior Strategist
Growing up around advertising made Casey’s transition to Apex Media natural. He finds solving problems using data exciting… we’re still not sure why, but our clients love it. When he’s not working, he’s cooking on the smoker, out on the golf course or repairing a jet ski.
Accountant
Jennifer Shaughnessy is a geek for numbers and a Texan. She’s been soaking and floating (literally and figuratively) in the Pacific Northwest since 1999. She enjoys camping, boating and traveling with her husband and three kids. In 2008, Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts in accounting, with a minor in finance. Her role at Apex is keeping even the smallest and most complex details easy to absorb.

Recently rescued at 9 years old, Bobby loves the office and meeting new people. Come visit… bring food.
